2020-2021 Season Concerts
The Nutcracker has been delighting audiences for 28 years, becoming a staple for so many during the holiday season. The Nutcracker offers something for everyone to love and enjoy; showcasing the skills of ODT’s Company and Apprentice Company, 4 professional dancers, and over 120 community members.
In Concert’s Act I will feature a variety of dance styles performed by Owensboro Dance Theatre company members. You will be amazed by pieces from prominent choreographers from all around the world and the professionalism of the ODT company. Act II will feature The Little Mermaid...Ariel’s Return. Join in on the splashy adventure as this concert becomes a part of our world.
Dance Battle Extravaganza unites the talent of a professional jazz dance company with over 100 community members ready to "dance it out" in a family-friendly battle to support the art of dance in Owensboro, KY. This "don't miss" show features the athleticism and excitement of a professional jazz dance company with a second act filled with community groups ready to take the stage for your vote and the votes of guest judges.
